By visiting our website, creating an account, subscribing to a premium membership plan, or accessing our digital reading experience, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Access to read our digital library, books, and stories is free for everyone.

2. Free Library & Public Reading Access

All books, stories, epics, history titles, and published collections in the BWY Home Library are completely free to read for all users and site visitors. Payment is NOT required to access or read the general library. Anyone can explore, browse, and read our content without a paid subscription or membership requirement.

3. Paid Membership & Premium Features

BWY Home Library offers optional paid membership plans exclusively for BWY Gemini AI, premium AI reading companion features, advanced AI tools, and future premium interactive experiences. Paid membership is strictly for enhanced features and does not restrict or gate general library reading access.

4. Membership Pricing & Billing

Paid membership plans unlock access to BWY Gemini AI and premium features during your active subscription period. Our current pricing is:

• India (Razorpay): ₹349 / 3 Months • ₹699 / 1 Year
• USA & International (PayPal): $4.30 / 3 Months • $8.30 / 1 Year

Membership prices, available features, and promotional offers are subject to change over time as published on the website.

5. Membership Expiration

When a membership period ends, access to BWY Gemini AI and premium features will revert to non-subscriber status. Membership expiration never restricts, blocks, or revokes your access to read books and stories in the public BWY library.

6. Content & Catalog Updates

New stories, epics, and collections are added regularly. Some stories and categories currently marked "Coming Soon" across our library realms are planned for future release as editing and formatting are finalized. All readers receive free access to newly released library content as soon as it goes live. BWY Home Library reserves the right to add, update, reorganize, or discontinue public titles or platform features over time.

7. BWY Gemini AI & Interactive Features

BWY Home Library provides BWY Gemini AI as a premium reading companion feature for active paid members, alongside language translation and discovery tools. AI responses and interactive features are provided on an "as-available" basis depending on third-party service availability and platform settings. BWY does not guarantee continuous availability or error-free outputs for automated AI models.

8. Intellectual Property

All BWY-created editorial content, adaptations, custom typography layouts, user interface designs, logos, illustrations, and digital e-reader software are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Third-party titles, public domain adaptations, or licensed materials remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Payments

Payments for premium membership plans are processed through third-party payment providers utilized by BWY Home Library (such as Razorpay for India and PayPal for USA/International). Transactions are governed by the payment processing terms of the respective payment providers. Payments are strictly for premium membership features and are not required to read general library books.
